RULES FOR THE CARRIAGE OF BICYCLES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ANIMALS
- Each passenger who purchases a ticket can carry an electric scooter weighing up to 15 kilograms free of charge. Scooters weighing more than 15 kilograms require a separate bicycle ticket;
- You need to buy a separate ticket to take a bike with you;
- Pets are allowed in specially designed containers (boxes, cages, etc.) without taking up extra space. The total sum of the three dimensions of the packaging shall not exceed 115 cm.
OTHER RULES
Protective face masks must be worn. Fever or other symptoms characteristic of infectious diseases will not be admitted. Also if the person traveled and did not observe 14 days of self-isolation.
- Children up to 4 years old do not need to buy a separate ticket if they can to sit on an adult’s knees;
- Hand luggage is not charged. Baggage weighing more than 10kg is subject to a separate ticket;
- The crew reserves the right not to allow intoxicated or drunk persons;
- It is forbidden to bring: alcoholic beverages, weapons, narcotics, psychotropic substances;
